Bug description: First Archanist Thalyssra at the entrance to Shal'Aran asks to make this your new home, but when I hit accept, it does nothing. There is no quest to abandon and I can't start the quest over from the beginning to open up Shal'Aran. It's just completely stuck and I'm not able to do any quests in Suramar at the moment. I abandoned the quest before it finished but it's not reseting at any stage. I'm unable to start the quest chain in Suramar.
