Bug description: Every time i use one or more (Its random, or internal cooldown afects it) spells, i get silenced for 2 seconds.

Confirming, and not only for demon hunter, the trinket silences the one who equips it randomly, it happens both in world and in dungeons (it seems that this occurs more frequently on certain bosses than others). I don't know about raids, the trinket is a bad choice in raids actually, not stat-wise but since you can accidentally interrupt a boss such as Maiden of Vigilance (or even worse, Imonar in the next patch).
