Eternal Belt Buckle - Third Gem socket wont work

Bug description: Well this items makes an extra socket to the belt but when i tried to put a gem to that extra socket all it's shown is gray and wont accept the third gem into the belt. I've tried relog other type of gems even tried take of my gear to see if it was a gem cap but nothing seems to be working and i dont know if its only this item or if it's all extra added sockets

I'm pretty sure legacy items like these were disabled back in Warlords of Draenor.

hm ok tho its low lvl and u can still make them so idk

Hello. As you can read from the tooltip, "Cannot be used on items level 300 or higher." Legion item levels begin from 685, meaning that you cannot use them on your Legion gear. You can still make it, because it is a regular recipe in Blacksmithing, and you can use it on your <300 level items (while leveling for example). Same goes for Leatherworking leg enchants.

Sadly this item is bugged on retail aswell, what apparently fixes this issue is:
"The extra slot that you get from this is currently bugged and cannot be socketed. A fix that I found for this is to first go to socket another piece of your gear by placing a gem in one of its sockets, but then instead of clicking the "Socket Gems" button, then shift + right-click the waist, socket that and now press the "Socket Gems" button"
