Bug description: Isn't in the loot table for Battleground drops making PvP Marks only obtainable through World Quests if they proc the Mark for your class when they are up.

Proof: do bg for 10 years a mark should drop /// retail proof:

this may be related to Battleground cache drops as on retail you are supposed to get a cache, not a direct item given to you.

People are saying that they usually get 1 per BG.
You usually get zero to two per battleground from the strongboxes.

From what I can tell the drop rate is lower than even 1 per BG, the lootboxes should sometimes drop a few but even those will not drop them consistently.
Therefor this is Rejected
