Bug description: The glimmering chest in Amberfall Mesa near the Vault Keeper is completely unclickable. Mousing over it doesn't change my cursor and it isn't targetable.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/kR0rgrW can't see cursor, but it is indeed unclickable. coordinates under map

This happened on blizzard aswell, when there are no watcher statues beside the chest the chest will not be clickable, please try again after a restart.
