Stormheim Skyhorn disappear

Bug description: So the problem is that i dont have skyhorn to Stormheim. It's disappear when Broken Shore skyhorn appear.

Absolutely nothing. When i logged in and wanted to go to the Stormheim i saw that there is not skyhorn to there. I have no idea what happened. Tried to unstuck from site, delete Cache folder and again nothing.
