Hello Trove,

This pretty much doesn't matter. If you already have your artifact weapon you can abandon this. It's a custom quest which exists to "open" the portal to the demon world where you obtain the bow. (Or more specifically to tell the portal where to lead you, Priests use the same portal to a different instance) Under normal circumstances this should have been removed when you completed the artifact scenario.
