Bug description: Every fish in the criteria can be caught except for Slippery Eel and Shimmering Minnow. These two fish can be caught outside Old Dalaran's Violet Hold, but it says "You can't use that there" when attempting to fish.

Proof:

Can't fish in Violet Hold
