M+ trashmobs may spawn incorrectly

This was once rejected cause there were no illustrations so now I'll try to explain it with pictures too tho I am pretty sure those who were doing keys(not 1, not 2, but a lof of) in Lower kara, coen, brh often see this confusing thing. I started to see this bug after Return to kara m+ was implemented. Important to note that I didnt see it yet on m0 or hc, only on m+. I see this mostly in lower kara keys but few times I saw it in coen(first few mobs) and brh too(ghosts at the beginig) so its NOT specific to Kara. Neither to teeming affix, its happening on all affix.

You go in the dungeon, pull a pack of mobs, and you notice that only a part of them reacts, other mobs seems to ignore you and cannot be dmged but in the reality, those mobs are also aggroed on you, just they are coming from somewhere else(flying through the texture or sometimes they charge to you from a different pack). This can be problematic cause some pets are looking forward to run after those mobs, and on their way to them they pull nice packs. After you kill those mobs, their decoy stays there as if you did nothing.

Pics are only from lower karazhan cause its where it happens most often and easiest to capture but in CoEN the wrathguard mobs also often do this(just that, who has time to take pics in coen).

First time I see it here and it was through the entire dungeon, almost every pack had one or more decoy. If you try to use anything on these mobs its says they are not in los.
