Bug description: Can't rescue anyone... There should be a dialog option to rescue them. Also, can't use the provided quest item Renzithen's Restorative Draught

I was just doing this one and had no trouble with vedoran and varnis...

It's possible that once they are rescued, they don't despawn... so it might be doable just once per restart

Edit:
I was writing this before restart and now (after) they were lying down and the dialogue worked as intended, so I guess they just don't despawn
