Can't start "A Growing Crisis - A Change of Seasons" quest

I have done all the other story quest, only those 2 remaining but cant start them.

I'm 1.7k(19.3k) rep from exalted with the nightfallen, i saw people mention u need 7k to start the quest.

Valewalker Farodin is just standing in Shal'Aran not giving any quests and he is not appearing in Temple of Fal'adora when i teleport there.

So is there any specific conditions i didnt met yet or is it bugged on my char - Liondalle? (note that i took a long brak)

any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Make sure you completed the three pre-quests:

EDIT: I checked your character, the Court of Stars quest is not completed.

So "Court of Stars: Beware the Fury of a Patient Elf" has to be completed, i thought it may be so, but trying to do it for days and cant, today i finished M0 run but couldn't get the Malandurs' spellstone, dunno exactly why but i know i messed up something.

Make sure you're not in a raid group when doing it (most players set the group to raid mode so it doesn't disband when the server disconnects). Non-raid quests can not be completed in raid groups.
