Bug description: I was doing the Suramar chain quest with my pala and in the quest Goddess watch over you it says that i need to look for something in val`sarah but i ve seen in many guides and videos that this quest starts and ends in khadgar in Dalaran, and i cant find any info related to this quest. So i dont know either this is bugged or not, just wondering if you can help me out. because now i dont know how to complete this quest.

Goddess Watch Over You is not part of the Suramar questline, it is from the "Light's Heart" questline.
To complete it you have to do the Val'Sharah questline up to the point where you get the Tears of Elune, and return it to the center of Dalaran. (that should happen at the end of "All Nightmare Long" chapter of Val'Sharah)

As for the Suramar questline, check which chapters you have done in your questlog, or Good Suramaritan achievement, and see what is missing from it, and google how to start the missing parts.
For "A Growing Crisis" and "A Change of Season" you require revered reputation with the nightfallen.
