Bug description: Focused Dreadflame does too much damage. It does 30m, should do ~12. Its not mentioned it patch notes cause it concerns small very small portion of playerbase (changed before anyone killed kj)

Updated with freakz proof: https://imgur.com/a/4dcUlJV - They both died at same time due to focused dreadflame. Monk took less damage as a tank and shaman has ~1.2% damage reduction from versatility.
