Gul'Dan berserk bug

So... Basicly we went NH for fun with our low geared friend... We killed Elisande . We got to Gul'Dan and we wanted to see if Berserk works after first phase. Berserk didn't work. Gul Dan didn't got Berserk buff not even eyes or his adds. Adds who puts you to sleep work . But eyes didn't work they just spawned and did nothing. Got in to 3rd phase. Still no berserk buff.. nothing eyes still don't work.

Guldan doesn't have a berserker. ( all phase)

Gul'dan has a 12-minute enrage timer, which increases damage by 900% and lasts for 30 minutes.

I watched video. but I didn’t see the bersek phase there. Timer disappeared in 1 phase =/ Guldan has so many problems. I do not think this is important.

The timer is limited to 30 minutes.

That's what you need to abuse if you want to solo Gul'dan on Retail. He's pacified in his bubble in phase 1 and all he really does are lasers and his Liquid Hellfire. You need to survive for 30 minutes until the Enrage goes away, then you can trigger phase 2 and kill him, since he won't go into Berserk again.
