[FIXED] [Paladin] Judgment debuffs vs LoS

WoW Freakz spell link: Judgment -> Judgment of Light/Mastery: Divine Judgment vs LoS
Bug description: Casting a spell and moving out of line of sight will NOT apply the debuffs.
In the below ss I was casting Judgment and I moved out of los while Judgement was traveling to the mob and it didn't apply the debuff, but he did take dmg.

This could be a general bug, but please take in consideration that is critical in pvp for retribution since you can go out of los very easy and lose 38% dmg increase from the Judgment debuff and the heal from Judgment of Light.

Tested and can confirm that judgment doesn't apply the buff if you move out of LoS during the travel time.
