Can't See Any Quest NPCs For Artifact Quest

Bug description: While doing Demonology Warlock artifact quest I died. I looked in Dalaran and orgrimmar and I can't see any quest NPCs. I did delete both my WTF folder and Cache folder. Dalaran allows me to fly again and looks like it did pre legion. I can no longer access legion what so ever. The quest is not in my quest log so I can't abandon it and pick it up again. Please help I don't want to have to remake a character every time I die on artifact quest.

Are you sure you're in Legion Dalaran and not in WotLK Dalaran?

Please provide some kind of proof.

You are correct that Dalaran is stuck pre legion. Please help me get to post legion Dalaran. I'm not sure what proof I could provide.

I just leveling another character, a death knight, to lvl 101. I was so excited. I got the legion artifact quest started but because I couldn't summon my pet so I reloged. When I came back in Dalaran was pre legion. Going to ebon hold doesn't do anything.

Please help. Anytime I die or relog during artifact quest the game breaks. Dalaran is pre legion. I can't access my class hall. The quests to do legion are done so I can't redo them to enter legion. I'm completely locked out of Legion.

I found the fix. I had to enter Dalaran in a very specific manner. Any other way wouldn't work. I used the Dalaran Hearthstone to get to Dalaran. Now it's post legion. This post can be closed now.
