Bug description: Each active mist should heal nearby targets in a 30 yard range each mist split evenly among the targets, it does not split the heal evenly among the 30 yard range of the healer unless I stand on top of the person I wanna split with which is 1-2 yards, and going too far away from the mist wont heal anyone or split with anyone even tho your weapon is stating there is 12 active mists or 12 stacks of mists.
Proof: @24:45 you can see him heal himself and 3 other targets in his 30 yard range evenly (203k heal 9 times and the 400k Crit 2 times), I used 7.3 proof because there is no changes with this trait ever besides it getting stat squished in BFA
