Need help - Game error

Today I downloaded the game and the server, when I enter the game and try to change the settings, nothing is permanent, I try to download the graphics, put the DirectX9 and always gives error and the game no longer works, I try to change the language to Brazilian Portuguese, when I close and try to open again to apply the changes in the settings the game no longer works. The following error appears: Thies Application has encountered a critical error: ERROR # 134.
Already tried in all the ways that are available on the site and still does not work the game.

Hello logosher42,

You can only play in English. Other languages are not supported.
