Bug description: In legion you should NOT be able to blink stuns anymore as mage. I just faced a mage that was pressing blink while stunned, you could still see the mage in the same place, but I was unable to attack him, saying that I am out of range. As soon as the stun was over, the mage appeared in another place.

Proof 1 : I was attacking the mage in stun, then he press blink (check his buffs)

Proof 2 : Out of range message, unable to attack him anymore

Proof 3 : After the stun ends, mage teleport where he blinked before

As a mage player I confirm.

More than that,it is very annoying to have people call you abuser when you try to pre-blink stuns, but you end up blinking while the stun effect is active.

Oh yea, @laserfeet, your topic should be Shimmer vs Stuns. If a mage uses another talent than Shimmer, he should always be able to blink stuns.

I don't understand, Blink should be castable while stunned and should remove the stuns

Tested all versions of mage blink and all of them work perfectly fine,the issue that op is referring to here is that mage's Shimmer had a delay which caused mage to appear at pre blink location for other players while he actually is not there but at end blink location and also you were able to use Shimmer under stuns ,however this got Fixed.
