Bug description: It dosent heal what it should be healing.

So i was wondering why i wasnt able to have higher selfhealing on myself when i was doing keys. Found this out. Is it a bug for the skill or just a bug for how muchs it says it would heal?

It works properly,first of all read the passive it says KILLING the target will sometimes shatter their soul and spawn a Soul Fragment,as far as i can see u have tested it on a training dummy which means u spawned Lesser Soul Fragment which heals less.
