[Paladin][Retribution] Shield of Vengeance vs Divine Intervention

WoW Freakz spell link: Shield of Vengeance, Divine Intervention
Bug description: If you are about to take a hit that will kill you, Divine Intervention will proc and all the absorbs will remain on you without being touched.

Practical bug example:
- you are about to take a 30m hit from a spell (let's say Armageddon Hail from KJ)
- you are soaking closer to the boss so you are activating Shield of Vengeance and you are waiting for the hit.
- when Armageddon Hail hit you, it will not touch Shield of Vengeance and it will instantly proc Divine Intervention

How it should be:
The 30m hit should first consume the absorb and then calculate if the rest of the dmg will kill me and then trigger Divine Intervention if necessary.

This is a critical bug in pvp and pve situation since you are using absorbs to mitigate the dmg at low HP rather then at full hp.
Also this could also be a general bug about priorities.

Confirmed,it is very troublesome to pop SOV and then DI takes away 8 sec from it which can lead to small dps loss in critical situations,unless u cancel Bubble.
