WoW Freakz link: The Magic of Flight
Bug description: In Val'Sharah, when you go to pick up the artifact, you can fly with your mount, then dismount next to the artifact and immediately right-click onto it, and it will still complete the quest for you as you're falling down and out of range. I believe the same goes for the Suramar one.

Confirmed, but you were able to do them this way on retail as seen in this video.
