Bug description: cant complete the quest, clicking complete and nothing happened, even cleared my cache but still

Don't know why but if you drop one of Faceless One's Blood then pick a new one from mob.
You can complete this quest.

No its not working even that way, tried many different ways of giving up one/two bloods, same result

Could have something to do with your spec, there have been reports for example survival hunters not being able to complete quests that reward bows etc, try switching to unholy or blood and if the problem persists make another bug report.
