Bug description: Currently Inspiring presence is not affecting all Allies/Party/Raid members as it's supposed to. "You inspire your party or raid members within 60 yards, causing them to be healed for 3% of all damage they deal." 3% leech healing (from damage only though) to your entire raid.

Inspiring Presence does affect everyone, however it counts towards each players own Healing (at least with recount, which I have).

Ahh must just not work correctly with addons and logs then since on retail it's always showed all the healing under the warrior's hps for details, skada, and recount(I have a current bfa subscription so I double checked to make sure it works that way for all 3 addons+the my personal warcraftlogs and others listed above from Legion). Good to know it is indeed working then since it's very valuable on certain fights like the ones listed above. I was gonna say when I saw my mythic maiden and avatar healing being so low and inspiring presence showing 1% I was like wtf is this, inspiring is op on retail lol.

Can remove pending bug.
