class hall quest bugged

Bug description: i have done the artifact weapon quest and after i turned it in i had no more quests to do on my class hall and then i was 100 lvl played till 110 and still no quest there
Proof: https://prnt.sc/q1siy4 here you see that i have not any follower just troops and i cant do anything

Did you check your quest jounral?

Did you try to exit WoW and delete cache?

Or maybe you already have a quest if you accepted accidently.

If there are no quests in your class hall check Dalaran if there are no quests to open a zone in Broken Isles then enter the game and open a ticket explain the problem.
