Bug description: i can't unlocked the letter from jabrul

Good morning,

I ma jewelcrafting 781/800 and i have finished the quest eye of narshal, but after the storyline jewelcrafting is 'jabrul need you" but when i want to click on letter near tiffany in dalaran it don't work but i need the letter to continuate the storyline.

Please help me to understand because it does'nt work thank you very much.
