No NPCs or Mobs in [Dreanor]

Bug description: No NPCs or Mobs in [Dreanor]. I even exited the client and relogged in.
Proof: I took a screenshot, I hope it was in an area that normally contains NPCs. Ympaler was who I made this post for specifically.

Hello WillDreadHound,

That happens if you do not complete the initial WoD quests.

You have to go through the Dark Portal (via the quest) and construct your Garrison to properly phase correctly in Draenor.
