Bug description: If u start the fight on corp realm as affli lock and dot the spirit realm you will be stuck on spirit realm for the rest of fight and u cant change realm anymore even on HC/NM/LFR difficulty which u should be able to change realm freely anytime u click on the Spiritual Fonts.
Proof: Dont have any recorded Video to prove it but its easy to test.

Your fountain probably bugged , just relog . You can transfer with spears also on heroic dif. atleast .
