Icecrown Citadel - Sister Svalna N10 Hc10

Bug description: Well this Npc is only a problem in 10 normal and hc 10, in 25 NH she is not in the raid at all. Anyway you can't attack her and the only way to kill her kinda is to have a reflection spell, and if not you will be stunned forever and you have to unstuck, also if you don't kill her you have this perma Aoe that will make you be in combat like forever and will kill you if you're not high enough lvl to survive that dmg per second, super annoying as there should be some kinda spear to kill her with aka you should be able to kill her with out being lucky or have to use a class or what ever that has reflection dmg.

Picture number 1 i'm stunned here forever can't do anything, NR 2 got stunned but was lucky my reflection from my druid did dmg back tho almost died anyway and 3ed picture she died atleast cuz of the reflection but im perma stunned and still takes dmg
