The Bastion of Twilight (The floor at Cho'gall wont brake to acces Sinestra)

Bug description: Well after killing the Boss Cho'gall in Hc, the floor should brake to access Sinestra but it doesn't work. Iv'e literary tried everything, killing the boss slow with out any armor, make my self die and go back in, relog, leave group change difficulties back and forward and even did extra run solo on my War but still the same result a unbreakable floor, only way i know my friend manege to get to sinestra was to use a portal and be lucky with his demonic gates but overall its impossible if you don't glitch it with a portal, also could access the boss by leaving my character logged off on the correct spot where floor is supported to brake only worked after server restart tho.
Proof: Well on the screenshots you see me fighting boss and (dying on purpose etc) but floor is still here after the boss is dead

Confirmed, the floor does not break. The second phase should start when Cho'gall reaches a certain health, 20 or 30% if I remembered, and then killing him should break the floor. One shotting him obviously will not work so I've tried it on a lower character, still the floor does not break.
