Bug description: the storm artifact relic doesnt appear to me anywhere in game, never appeared in any quest reward, never dropped and it is not showed in the adventure guide. I play in brazillian portuguese, i've downloaded the game in the site but still is not showed

Arms dont have any storm relic, your second pic is from fury weapon and u set ur gear filter on arms, thats why u dont see a storm relic
