Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to obtain the spring circlets without the noblegarden event being active
I was browsing through the shop and didn't find it anywhere
It's a cool tmog, I'd pay for it

Hello. At the WoW Shop page on our website, you will find at the bottom of the list the "- Level 10-372 items" option, where you need to put the ID of the item. It could work. I cannot guarantee as I have not purchased it myself.
