Bug description: Hello, i've done all the suramar questline ; Nightfallen But Not Forgotten , Good Sumaritan , Inssurection,
and still " Withered Army Training " is no appearing to me. i did farm long time for that quest and now i have no quest's no ancient mana donates nothing
please give me some help what should i do to and how to get that quest. thanks for ur time

Yeah, pretty much. It's not a guaranteed drop.

i though its a higher chance to drop if you do scenario bcz there are any points u make in when u doing it

To conclude, the world quest you reported isn't active, as the database shows.

The Paladin hidden artifact apperance can be obtained throught opening the Glimmering Treasure Chest with a 7% dropchance, once again, as the database shows.
