Bug description: The quest "You're a Mean One..." it is not repetable which it should. I dont know if this is only for me or not. I did the quest on the first day of the event and even now on 18.12.2019 I dont have it.

Confirmed. You're a mean one is a daily quest but is not repeatable.

Comment on wowhead: It's a daily, each day you do it you have a chance to loot Lump of Coal from the rewarded Stolen Present...

The quest works as daily.
