Bug description: When i kill quest mob the quest just auto completes with out giving me the item that is required to complete the quest with, i did try both ways collect shards and summon that npc and go kill the once that are spawned already but still no drop just auto complete

Confirmed.

The quest gets automatically completed when you summon and kill the Apexis Guardian, but you can't turn the quest in.
After looting him, you can't obtain the Apexis Guardian's Head.

I also tried killing the Apexis Guardians nearby but they didn't drop the quest item either.
