Bug description: The NPC that ends the quest, Soulbinder Tuulani (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=78520&&name=soulbinder-tuulani) can't be talked to since she is neutral-attackable for Horde players (as you can see in the screenshot). Same problem with Yuuri in the Tomb of Lights, where you can't pick up his quest (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=76790&&name=yuuri)

Confirmed.

The quest can't be turned it, as described, beacuse the NPC appears as neutral-attackable.

The same problem with the NPC appearing as neutral-attackable is happening when you try to pick up the quest Nightmare in the Tomb.
