Bug description: This talent should reset after every single enemy you kill (that grants exp or honor ofc). Right now it does not reset itself, only after it's timer expires and you kill a mob. It should reset it's timer even if you kill an enemy when this talent is active, granting you a higher uptime.
Proof: Easy to test.

The point of posting proof is not to convince us about your skill or knowledge of the class, but to convince us the bug exists.
Easy to test, maybe, I went up to 2 mobs, killed one, got buff for 15sec, waited 5sec, killed the other, debuff refreshed to 15sec again.
If it's not working for you prove it, as it seems to work for everyone else.
