Bug description: There is a problem with talent for Deathknight. Although I did not choose Rune tap and still have it but I can choose another talent even though I do not have a double talent ring.

It's a known bug that I'm not sure how to reproduce . Re-pick Rune tap as your talent and try reloging , change the talent to Foul bulwark afterwards it should help you solve that issue .
