Details: (optional) : Hi GM. I received this Holy Artifact Hidden Skin in Faronar (Azuna) on the 24/1/2020. But on the 25/1/2020 when i logged in the skin was not visible in the skin chooser panel & also the achievement (Hidden Potential - Unlocked Via discovering a Hidden Skin) is Grey & Also the progress to unlock its color tints is lost. I'm attaching a screenshot of my Guild Loot Record which displays that i did receive the skin drop on the 24/1/2020. Hope you will do the necessary & restore the skin, achievement & color tint progress.
