hi frekaz i was doing artifact kalecgos quest line i mean opening the 3rd line artifact and quest the mark is bugged

im exalted with valarjar and it is done but when i should speak with eyir it is bugged and just says greetings hero

Hello. The part where you need to be approved by Eyir is done by doing /kneel on the platform before her.
