What is this enigmatic luck of mine when opening weekly chests

I've been extremely unlucky (if not, bugged?) with opening weekly chests throughout 2 years of playing on freakz. Firstly, clarifying that am not complaining, and clearly sharing my experience and wanting to know if someone's in the same boat as me. My dk, ilvl 937 (not note-worthy but just mentioning) has got 930 - 945 items equipped for every slot except neck and fingers, of course exception to the slots equipped with leggo which are shoulders and one finger. I'm playing unholy, therefore has the BiS Tak'Theritrix's Shoulderpads equipped, and Sephuz's Secret on one finger slot, personally because of its stats. That said, never have I gotten a neck or finger from the weekly chest, but even worse, getting the same shoulders 3 times, and another shoulder 2 times...

In addition to this, my demon hunter suffers more, getting necks and fingers for months, and never a back slot or trinket.

I mean... out of all the equipment slots available, and all the various items from the dungeon bosses, what are the chances of getting the same shoulders multiple times, or the same slot for continuous weeks... What is this RNG...? What is this.. otherworldly, enigmatic luck of mine... Who knows.. After all, again, I'm just sharing my experience.

The weekly chest is and always has been odd.

Some people get random items every week, others seem to be getting the same stuff over and over.

All I can say is, working as "intended"?
