[COMPLETED] missing legendary item

it started yesterday while i was in tos normal run after killing the 1st boss i got 2 items the legging and the relic and after i died at the sec boss i lost them both . and when i tried to recover it form the website it got me the old legging and the relic wasn't there .
today i was tanking kj lfr and i got dc when i got back i found myslef dead (normaly ) and i didn't found my lego neck which i got like 1 hour before joining the lfr from normal mythic dht with some friends of mine. when i logged back in the game i made a ticket and asked in world chat and some told me about this forum . so here i am asking for your help .
please tell me what to do and as a piece of evidence the appearance of the legging is already saved on my style page but sadly i can't prove the neck thingy but i got 4 other was on my group who can confirm me getting it . thank you .
