Bug description: Legendary buff disappears when you remove the boots. It should remain up on you until you get out of ghost wolf.

More proof, at 3:11 he equips the feet, his HP changing from 4.09 to 4.08 when he gets the buff, then back to 4.09 when he removes the feet but the buff remains; also on 5:32.
