Jandvik's Jarl - Suramar quest chain achiev

Hi,

I have problem with suramar quest chain: Jandvik's Jarl. Months ago I complete quest chain and I didnt receive achiev. Can somebody help me with this situation? I am happy to do it again if GM must somehow revert quests.
