[7.2.5][Achievements] Utgarde Keep (Normal Mode & Heroic) not working

Bug description: The kill credit for the achievements "Utgarde Keep" and "Heroic: Utgarde Keep" on "Ingvar the Plunderer" isn't working. Interestingly, the instance kill credit is rewarded, but not the one for the previous boss "Skarvald and Dalronn", whereas in the achievement, it's the other way round. Instance is shown as "Working" here. Found on 7.2.5 live realm
