Bug description: Way too many spawned on PTR and they respawn really fast. Needs to reduce the number of spawns and time of respawn because their fel pool melts players HP. This will makes working on achievement "Commander of Argus" hard as they spawn right on Mother Rosula.

Confirmed.

Fel Pool also often is invisible (under textures) and debuff (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=250302&&name=foul-fel) stays sometimes for really long (even after leaving range of pool).

Fixed the number of spawns and respawn time.

I can't reproduce the Fel Pool bug.
