[Paladin][Class Hall] Objects / NPCs

Bug description: Multiple weapon objects (weapons/doors) are missing or there are Infernals spawned. Plus, the statues from the Hall of Champions should be in a freez attack mode.
There are multiple NPC's with 1%, 45%, 95% HP and 100 rage.
You can compare with 7.2.5 to see all the differences.
