Court of Stars: Signal Lantern rp

Bug description: At the start of the dungeon you should use Signal Lantern to call a boat. This often does not work at first and you need to click it a few times to get that boat at long last. Sometimes you get into the boat but the boat does not move at all yet you can move, even mount up and go on the water, sometimes the boat starts but its incrediblely slow and freezes at given points of the way and very rarely but you can also fall down(you get fall dmg) and be pulled through the water(it can be great with quaking). You can waste even 3 mins on this if you are unlucky. If a player clicks on the lantern it should call a boat in matter of secs, player should be pulled into the boat automatically and the boat should move fastly on a given route to Ly'leth Lunastre(actually with her, see the video).
All of these above seems to happen more often if you are doing it with more ppl. In solo its mostly working.
