Bug description: It does lower damage, around 50% less than it should. It's most probably related to the weapon speed, since it does same damage with different weapon speeds.
Proof: 1.8 vs 2.6 vs 3.6 speed // 7.3.5 simcraft vs. ptr // log from shaman with similar stats
