Error when trying to validate/register new account

Hello

I am a new player and i do not think this is where i should be posting but i did not find anywhere else more suitable for my issue, so apologies if i broke some rules already... I was trying register/validate a new account but i am encountering an error every time. I get registered and receive the email but then always get this when i click the link in the email sent to me:

Then when i try to login it says my email is not in the database or that my account does not exist. I have tried running the same process (Creating an account) 3 - 4 times but to no avail. And I did not find any guides regarding this issue.

I have the most recent launcher for the game (From the guide found here). I am sure of my credentials as i tested them by copy and paste.

Sorry to see you're already having issues before you even properly started, but lets hope we can fix that! Lets start this at the beginning - can you log into the website here: https://www.wow-freakz.com/ ?

Please note that forum and game accounts are seperated - you may have a different username to log into the website than you do on here.
